At Shantang Forsome, friends from different countries gathered for a tea workshop and spent a wonderful Saturday morning on Nov. 4th.
Different from the formal class, this workshop were more sharing and tasting. The master introduced the basic knowledge about six categories of Chinese tea , everyone exchanged and shared their own thoughts with the tea fragrance, and had a basic understanding of Chinese tea culture.

·Chinese Oolong(The Black Dragon) Tea

·Introduction of lidded teacup and how to use it

· Chinese BlackTea
·Name and quick introduction of typical Black Tea: Zhengshan Xiao Zhong, Qimen Black Tea

·How to use purple sand pot to brew black tea (Utensils, temperature, how much per serve)
