Suzhou entered meteorological spring on February 27, more than 20 days earlier than usual, making it the earliest spring on record.

Suzhou in this season is beaming with vigor and vitality. Also, these local seasonal foods have appeared on the market and are definitely worth a try.

Pastry

Suzhou people are particularly fond of sweet food. Therefore each season has its special pastries.
