China Central Place lies in the core area of Suzhou’s Shilu commercial district. It owns a floorage of 780,000 square meters, with 450,000 square meters of spaces on the ground and 330,000 square meters below. Over 200 brands have expressed intention of cooperation so far.

The mega commercial complex will include super A-level office building, shopping center, garden-style high street, selected hotel, international apartment, city plaza, Zizhi Yuan (Garden of Violet Ganoderma), pingtan theater, art gallery, etc. It is scheduled to start operation in 2023.
Suzhou Bay Outlets
The mall owns a floorage of 120,000 square meters and over 600 brands from both home and abroad have signed to move in, covering luxuries, clothing, sports as well as catering service and entertainment.
Apart from bringing the international brands closer to local residents, Suzhou Bay Outlets also owns a super sports venue and children’s venue to enrich the customers’ shopping experience. The whole new outlet mall will soon begin operation on October 1.
Suzhou Bay Underground Space
The construction of Suzhou Bay Underground Space kicked off in July 2014 and passed the acceptance check this year. Located in Wuzhong Taihu New town, Suzhou Bay Underground Space covers an area of 100,000 square meters, measures 300,000 square meters of total space, and involves a total investment of RMB3.2 billion yuan.
Viewing Platform
It is made up of three floors below the ground, with basement level 1 as the shopping area and level 2 and 3 as the parking lot. In addition, there is a viewing platform on the ground, which allows the visitors to enjoy the spectacular scenery of Taihu Lake.
The whole structure is around 900 meters in length and 90 to 100 meters in width, and its south end is only 32 meters away from Taihu Lake. According to the project plan, it will come into operation at the end of the year.

Baodai Station is the interchange station that connects Suzhou Rail Transit Line 3 with Line 4. The Baodai Road Underground Commercial Space, which is currently under construction, is the largest commercial complex in Suzhou that features seamless connection with rail transit station.
It’s worth mentioning that the underground complex will introduce the AGV car parking system and enrich the customers’ experience. At present, 90 percent of the overall building work has been completed.
