The project of “Central Plaza Suzhou” was implemented recently. Centered on luxury brands, the plaza is set to become a signature commercial complex of the city.
Co-developed by Harmony Group in SIP and Hongkong Land, “Central Plaza Suzhou” (temporary name) will follow the example of the Central Plaza in Hong Kong and combine the traditional culture of Suzhou with the modern life of SIP.
Covering an area of some 69,000 square meters, it will introduce over 20 luxury brands, a five-star hotel as well as mid-range to high-end retail stores and restaurants. Additionally, a Fortune Global 500 company will set up its regional headquarters here.
Upon completion, the plaza will further accelerate the building of Hudong Business Area and upgrade the business environment around the Jinji Lake.
