China and Singapore have reached an arrangement on providing visa-free entry for residents from respective countries for keep up to 30 days, beginning on Feb 9.
The plan relates to holders of common passports traveling for functions of tourism and going to member of the family or organization, according to the agreement authorized in between federal government reps in Beijing.
