The 2021 harvest season for Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crab began on Wednesday. Thanks to the favorable weather, this year’s output is expected to reach up to 10,940 tons. This delicacy will hit the shelves in large quantity around the National Day holiday. Remember to eat female crabs in the ninth lunar month and male in the tenth.
In the meantime, SF Express Yangcheng Lake Hairy Crab Transfer Center has come into operation. Located in Zengjiabang, Yangchenghu Town, Xiangcheng District, the 20,000-square-meter center can handle 400,000 pieces of parcel per day and only need five minutes minimum to pick up a parcel.

- Do not eat crabs raw. It is inadvisable to make marinated crabs or wine preserved crabs by yourself.
- Eat the crab immediately after steaming it.
- Do not eat too many crabs at a time.
